Only 45 minutes outside of Bogotá is a place called Puerto Araujo, where our journey begins. An old road begins in Puerto Araujo and ends in the town of Tena. The hike is wooded and downhill. You’ll see a multitude of flora and fauna along the way, and we’ll also pass through a coffee farm that was built over 50 years ago. We’ll arrive at a stunning, 30-meter waterfall called “El Tambo,” where you can frolic in the water. The tour ends in the town of Tena.
