You will start this day visiting one of the most iconic places in Colombia: Guatavita lake. This lake is also the most famous of the sacred lakes of the ancient Chibcha culture. It has countless legends and incredible events that you can enjoy during the walk around it. You will continue your trip through Guatavita, which is a place of indigenous Muisca ceremonies that is full of history and colonial constructions, this place will be the perfect host for a walk through its stone pavement, so you can admire its beautiful architecture and have an amazing lunch time before arriving to Zipaquirá. This beautiful village will be the perfect place to start the tour through its emblematic salt cathedral.
