A bilingual tour guide will meet you at your hotel and you’ll embark on a personalized tour by van. First, we head to Sabeta, a religious community where we find the largest buñuelos in town at El Peregrino. We’ll wander the main square and your guide will help you identify intriguing ingredients in the different stalls. This will give you a closer look at what ingredients locals use in their food, including pork, corn, beef, and others. We’ll also find one of the most delicious blood sausages in Sabaneta at El Hijo de Estela. Their recipe has been passed on for generations. The last stop will take us to another village called Envigado, home of the greatest chicharrón (fried pork bellies). At Gloria’s Glory, your tour guide will serenade you will stories from her wall of fame while you taste some of her best dishes. At the end of the tour we’ll leave you back at your hotel, or wherever you desire. We recommend you bring cash, as most places do not accept cards. See options below for payments
