You will experience the beautiful mountains of an ancient ceremonial Colombian indigenous tribe. Along a two-hour climb up the mountain, you will find images carved in rock called “Petroglyphs”, evidence of the indigenous tribe Panche. Once you arrive at the summit, you will know the effort was worth it. From the 2,100 meter high summit, you can see a majestic landscape that leaves you feeling like you are walking in the clouds. From this point, it is possible to see: to the west, the Magdalena River valley and the imposing snow-capped mountains of the Central mountain range, and to the east, the Chinauta plateau and the town of Fusagasuga along the Panche river. You will also see important ceremonial places such as the Indian’s Head, the Eagle’s Beak, the Foot Bath, Mohan Cave, among other attractions.
